Need to contact Customer Services?

The best way to contact us is to email us using the email address shown above. We encourage customers to contact us by email by prioritising emails over telepone calls/messages.

You can call us between 1pm and 5pm. We have a limited number of staff so you may be asked to leave a message, if that is the case we will endeavour to call you back as soon as possible.

Need a VAT Invoice?

Just let us know you need a VAT Invoice and we'll email one over to you. You can let us know by replying to an Order Progress email we've sent to you or by using the customer services email address shown above.

Need to place an order? Here's how:

  1. Find a product using the search facility or by browsing through the categories.
  2. Click on the product's title to see the product details.
  3. Select the Box Size to order from the drop down list shown above the "Add to Cart" button.
    Note: For the best prices select larger box sizes.
  4. Click on "Add to Cart".
  5. Click on "Continue Shopping" to add more products to your order or click on "Checkout" to pay for your order.
  6. You will asked to sign in (choose this option if you already have an account) or to register if you don't already have an account.
  7. Once you have signed in follow the instructions to pay by Credit Card, Debit Card, NoChex account or PayPal account.
  8. Your order will be dispatched once payment has cleared (which usually happens instantly).

Couldn't pay, but got an order number or confirmation email?

The good news is that if you have been given an order number we will have your order on our system. Simply click on the link at the bottom of your order confirmation email to view your order details and pay for your order (click on one of the "Pay Now" buttons at the top of the Order Confirmation page to pay).

We can also send you an email invoice with a link to pay if you prefer, just send us a message with your order number.
